Too bad the 2009 budget was Bush's last budget, making the assertion of the 2009 defecit being Obama's false.
Too bad you attributed the 2009 budget to Obama. In reality, the 2009 budget was Bush's last. Remember, and I know this is difficult, the 2009 budget was passed in the spring/summer of 2008...under Bush and his collapsing economy.
