Let's beat this dead horse a little longer.
We'll all get some exercise, it'll make us feel better, and it doesn't hurt the horse.

There's a catch, though.
After all the weeping, wailing, and gnashing of teeth that went on a year ago, THEY DIDN'T EVEN CUT THE 38.5 BILLION.
THEY STILL SPENT 362 BILLION MORE THAN THEY DID THE YEAR BEFORE !!!!
If you have time, here is where Stossel would start cutting. It seems extreme, but it isn't enough.
